About the Artist
Rayna Premack
Rayna Premack, owner of the lil crochet shop, was born and raised in Winnipeg, MB. She graduated from Saint Boniface Diocesan high school class of 2021. Rayna started taking sewing classes when she was about 8 or 9 years old and fell in love with fibre crafts. She then decided to branch out with her skills and learned how to knit a few years later and then decided that that wasn't enough, and learned how to crochet. She really fell in love with crocheting so stuck with it and taught herself all the different crochet techniques that she uses. After a few months of practice, she decided that she wanted to learn how to make stuffed toys. She started an Instagram account for her progress and the account grew quickly. As the business quickly took off, she began designing and selling her own patterns online. In just over a year, she started doing craft shows and farmer markets which became a big success! The crochet business is now in its fourth year and Rayna is hoping for many more years of enjoyment to come!
