Lena Furber – Feather Bookmark

Lena Furber, a Treaty One Territory artist. I picked up creating custom made accessories when I was around 8 years old, crocheting was one of the first crafts I was taught in Girl Guides. I lost the passion for a few years and picked it up again in 2020 after COVID-19 had hit. I taught myself to make various pattern, learning how to create different clothing items and accessories. I then ventured into making different types of accessories like earrings and necklaces made with beads and crystals. My love for my crafts is ever growing every day, it is an outlet for me and something I’m so proud of.
