About the Artist
Aleita Filion
My name is Aleita Filion, and I am a proud mom and Métis artist.
Art has always been a significant part of my life. From a young age, I was always exploring my creativity, content with just a piece of paper and a pencil. Some favourite childhood memories include enjoying Bob Ross on TV and watching my nanny paint.
I was captivated by drawing and painting with acrylic and oil. However, discovering resin truly ignited my passion. The fluidity and versatility of resin opened a new level of creative expression for me.
