Description
12×15 staggered wood cutting board. This hand crafted board is made with 4 different types of wood- walnut, mahogany, cherry and maple.
The boards were first soaked in mineral oil for the color to come out, then they were given a coating of the board butter.
The board butter is mineral oil with a little bit of beeswax and carnauba wax to keep them nice and shiny. Everything is food safe.

In December of 2023 I decided to start my own business building furniture out of pallet wood. On March 29, 2023 CJCwoodworking was established and on August 18, 2023 CJCwoodworking.ca was officially launched. My father suggested I should try selling my items to the Manitoba Métis Federation to give to the Métis community. So I started selling urns and other items to the Manitoba Métis Federation. I really enjoy taking what was once rough and rugged wood that used to move furniture and manipulating the wood and shaping into furniture that people can use and enjoy for years to come. I don't see myself stopping any day soon.
